Wellbeing Week in Room 23 🧘🌞

Room 23 had a very relaxing and mindful Wellbeing Week. Every day we had Drop Everything and Relax time where we got to spend a couple of minutes each day dropping our work and doing something relaxing! We also were so lucky to practice some yoga with Ms. Reynolds! We even had some outdoor snack time! On Friday we got to have a Pyjamas Day in aid of Pieta House and completed a mindfulness workshop with Jenny! It was fun and relaxing! β˜€οΈπŸ§˜
