The boys and girls in room 4 have been doing fantastic work to earn their well-being warrior certificates. So far, we have listened to the story “In My Heart: A Book of Feelings”, we have practiced mindful breathing and we have made our own hearts full of feelings inspired by the story. It is so important to take time to look after our well-being and our mental health, especially during these times. These activities can be used time and time again when you need a break or some time for yourself. The boys and girls have made a great start at the challenge and have even started some of the challenges for week 2!
