Last month’s play theme was at the opticians. The children learnt lots of new language and sang songs about glasses.
They had fun in the role play corner. They did eye tests on each other and tried on glasses. They used the phones in the reception to make appointments, completed forms about the customers and wrote receipts.
They were very creative at the junk art table. They made and designed their own glasses.
At the blocks they used their imaginations to build towers, bridges, houses, chairs and many more amazing things.
And at the final station the children used puppets to retell stories they know and make their own story.
