Room 5 Looking after our mental health #Well-beingWarriorChallenge

The boys and girls in room 5 have been working hard throughout the school closure with their online learning. With all that’s going on in today’s world, we all took time work on our mental health and well-being through the Well-being Warrior Challenge.

The children of senior infants undertook well-being challenges such as; random acts of kindness, reflecting on things we are thankful for, going on nature walks, breathing exercises (High 5 breath), mindful colouring and building a fort/safe space at home. Have a look through the pictures below where the boys and girls worked through the challenges to boost their well-being and earn the Warriors certificate!
