Mental Health Awareness Week in 5th Class

The week before our Easter holidays was a very exciting one for our school. Each class participated in Mental Health Awareness week as part of our Amber Flag initiative. 5th class girls enjoyed many activities such as mindfullness yoga and meditation, writing in their gratitude journal every morning, creating mental health awareness poetry, writing a gratitude letter to a person they are happy to have in their lives, making amber hands with positive affirmations, walking a mile with a big smile in May Park and being cosy in their pj’s on feel good Friday!
