We had a fantastic assembly today to celebrate international day! We have lots of children with connections to lots of different countries in our school and it was fantastic to see and learn a little bit about different countries. We heard poems from China, Russia, Romania and Croatia, a song from Lithuania, looked at clothes from India, China and Romania and learned facts about the Philippines, India and Lithuania. We were then treated to a couple of dances from our Irish dancers. Thank you to everyone for sharing part of their culture with us.
